Our gratitude goes out to Monique Clark from Kevin Kronlund & Thea Kronlund Inc. for presenting to Spooner Area School District (SASD) elementary students on Monday, April 24.
The focus was on the process and distribution used to grow local cranberries. This Harvest of the Month (HOM) was the final of five Farm to School presentations from the 2016-2017 school year. HOM presentations celebrate the commitment to serve locally grown foods and connect dedicated area farmers to students. The SASD Farm to School Program is now scheduling presentations for next school year!
