In Memory of Loal James Broulette


March 21, 1940 - May 7, 2017

Loal James Broulette, 77, of Hertel, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Maple Ridge Care Center in Spooner.

Loal was born on March 21, 1940 in Iowa to Loal and Juanita (Nickerson) Broulette, Sr.  He retired from the US Navy after 30 years of service.  He was a member of the Am/Ham Radio Club in Spooner/Shell Lake, and The Burnett County Citizens’ Patrol. 

Loal is survived by; his son, Bryan (Kerianne) Broulette of Ann Arbor, MI, daughter, Loalene Benjamin of West Valley City, Utah, one sister, Joy Thompson of Waverly, IA, and five grandchildren.  He was preceded by; four brothers, Earl Broulette, Edwin Hanson, Rick E. Hanson, and Terry Lee Hanson.
