On Friday October 15, 2021 at 7:00 am, the Polk County Sheriff’s Department Dispatch Center received a call reporting a 2 vehicle crash.

The DOJ Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating an officer involved death in Chippewa County.

The deceased male has been identified as Kenneth Funk, 57yrs old from Bruce, WI.
