Passwords & Signing In
When you create your account, the password you set is the one you'll need to login.
To reset your password, go here: My Account
Then click "Get temporary password".
Once you get the temporary password in your email, you can login with it, and then once you are logged in, you can change the password to something easy to remember and easy to type.
Note: We recommend copy and pasting the password from the email you receive and don't try to type it. If you add any extra spaces or characters to the password it will be rejected. Once you login, the system may redirect you to enter a new password. If it doesn't, you can click the pencil icon to edit your account and then use the "Change password" button to set your password.
You will have to type the password (or copy/paste) anywhere that you want to access the Drydenwire Insider, including on your computer, phone or tablet. You will be able to stay logged in for up to 4 weeks, at which point the system will prompt you to enter the password again.
Canceling Your Account
The easiest way to cancel your account is when you are logged in, go to your account page here:
Then click on the subscription which will open up a side window and then click "End Subscription".

If you are not logged in, you'll see a grey box, which also has the link for where to login.
If you are logged in but still seeing the grey box, let us know and we'll look into your account.
