BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A criminal complaint has been filed in Burnett County Circuit Court against Nolan Churchill, age 17, alleging that he sexually assaulted a juvenile victim. The criminal complaint also alleges that the juvenile victim was unconscious during the assault.
Editor’s Note: Wis. Stat. Sec. 48.02(1d) states “...for purposes of investigating or prosecuting a person who is alleged to have violated any state or federal criminal law or any civil law or municipal ordinance, “adult" means a person who has attained 17 years of age.”
