PET OF THE WEEK
I’m a young boy, Jupiter; I once was Santa’s pet cat!
Dressed in my fancy tuxedo with a furry red and white hat,
I “moused” in Santa’s workshop and even rode in his sleigh,
but while we were parked on a rooftop, I foolishly wandered away!
Poor Santa wanted to look for me but he couldn’t afford the delay;
I miss my jolly old friend, but I need a new place to stay:
a “forever home” with a family, where I can spend Christmas Day!
