Convicted Sex Offender To Be Released In Washburn County

WASHBURN COUNTY -- Convicted sex offender Clayton Phillips will be released to Washburn County on May 4, 2021.

Phillips was most recently convicted on a Washburn County case in 2003 for 1st Degree Sexual Assault of Child.

Phillips will be residing in Minong, WI, and will remain under the supervision of local Probation Agents, according to a Sex Offender Release bulletin from the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office.
