POLK COUNTY -- A criminal complaint was filed on May 6, 2022, in Polk County Circuit Court charging 23-year-old Donavon David-Patrick Lundgren, of Clayton, WI, with sexual assault of an unconscious adult.
Lundgren is charged with sexually assaulting an adult on more than one incident without the person’s consent and also while the person was unconscious between June 2019 and January 2021.
In February 2022, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received statements and information alleging that Lundgren had sexually assaulted an adult person multiple times. The complaint states that Lundgren made videos of himself assaulting a person while the person was unconscious.
Graphic details of the assaults are included in the criminal complaint, however, DrydenWire.com has chosen not to include those details in this post.
Online circuit court records show that Lundgren is also charged in Polk County in a separate criminal complaint with Class H Felony Strangulation and Suffocation, Class H Felony False Imprisonment, Misdemeanor Battery, and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Details of those charges are not known to DrydenWire at this time, however, they were filed against Lundgren in November 2021. At a hearing in December 2021, the Hon. Jeffery Anderson ordered a $3,000 signature bond.
Lundgren appeared most recently in May of 2022, and Judge Anderson ordered a $10,000 signature bond. He is scheduled to appear again in July 2022.
