WASHBURN COUNTY — A 33-year-old Birchwood man is facing a felony charge in Washburn County Circuit Court following an alleged physical altercation with a juvenile male that left the juvenile with multiple visible abrasions on his body, bleeding injuries to his face, and swelling on his temple.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Washburn County Circuit Court, Bryce Taylor allegedly believed the juvenile was hitting golf balls at a passerby and confronted him. A witness described Taylor as storming over and screaming at the juvenile. Taylor allegedly admitted to striking the juvenile, telling law enforcement the juvenile was acting aggressively and disrespectfully.
