RUSK COUNTY — A 42-year-old person was transported via Life Link to an Eau Claire hospital after a report of a motorcycle vs deer crash had occurred in Rusk County, according to a press release from the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office.
(Press Release) — On Monday September 2, 2019 at about 1915 hrs, it was reported to the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office that there was a motorcycle crash near N5843 CTH O in the Town of Atlanta, County of Rusk where the motorcycle struck a deer.
The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office, Bruce and Weyerhaeuser Fire Departments, Life Link Helicopter and the Rusk County Ambulance responded to the scene where the subject, Casey L Simpson m/w 01/06/1977, was transported by the Life Link helicopter to a hospital in Eau Claire, WI due to the injuries.
