WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges have been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against 54-year-old Jasen DeSilva, alleging that he had sexual contact with a child under the age of 13.
DeSilva is subject to a $15,000 cash bond that prohibits him from having contact with minor children and is scheduled to appear in court again in December 2025.
