(DrydenWire) -- Criminal charges for sexual assault of a child under the age of 16 have been filed in Barron County Circuit Court against a 25-year-old Barron, WI man named Said Takar. The Court has placed Takar on a signature bond with conditions prohibiting him from having contact with females under the age of 18.
