SAWYER COUNTY — In Sawyer County Circuit Court, Jacqueline Monet Lashae Potack (Denasha), age 31, of Hayward, WI, is facing felony charges following a law enforcement investigation when a young child in her care was found unresponsive at Sevenwinds Casino in December 2025.
The child later tested positive for methamphetamine, fentanyl, and Adderall, according to a criminal complaint. Emergency responders administered Narcan to the child before being airlifted to Children's Hospital of Minneapolis, MN, for further treatment.
Jacqueline is facing multiple felony charges, including causing great bodily harm through physical abuse of a child and child neglect.
