POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges are proceeding in Polk County Court against 47-year-old Somkahouan Saengdara, who was arrested in St. Croix Falls following a high-risk law enforcement operation and vehicle pursuit in October 2025. Somkahouan, wanted in Minnesota for alleged armed robberies, now faces felony charges in Wisconsin, including possession of a firearm by an out-of-state felon and attempting to flee officers.
Somkahouan was placed on a $75,000 cash bond by the Hon. Judge Jeffery Anderson at a court hearing following his arrest. He is scheduled to appear again on November 17, 2025.
