RUSK COUNTY — A routine traffic stop in Ladysmith, WI, has resulted in felony drunk driving charges against a local man with six prior OWI convictions after authorities say testing revealed a blood alcohol concentration over four times the legal limit. Leoncio Jacinto, 51, is now facing a seventh-offense OWI case in Rusk County Circuit Court following his March 2026 arrest.
