WASHBURN COUNTY — Angeline Winton-Roe joined DrydenWire founder Ben Dryden on DrydenWire Live Thursday morning on DrydenWire’s Facebook page to discuss her reelection campaign for Washburn County Circuit Court Judge, her judicial philosophy, and the responsibilities of the local court system ahead of the April 7, 2026 spring election.
Winton-Roe, who has served as circuit court judge for the past seven years, outlined her reasons for seeking another term, emphasizing experience, impartial decision-making, and maintaining public confidence in an independent judiciary.
The program was presented in DrydenWire’s conversational style, with Ben Dryden engaging Winton-Roe in a discussion rather than a traditional, formal interview. The format allowed viewers to learn more about Winton-Roe not only as a judge and candidate, but also as a person, giving voters additional insight as they prepare to cast their ballots.
During the live broadcast, viewers were invited to submit questions in the comment section. Several audience questions were addressed in real time, adding to the interactive nature of the program and giving the community a direct voice in the discussion.
Winton-Roe is seeking reelection in the April 7, 2026 nonpartisan spring election. Her opponent is Aaron Marcoux, the current Washburn County District Attorney, who is scheduled to appear on DrydenWire Live on March 3.
DrydenWire is providing both candidates an opportunity to speak directly to voters ahead of the election.
Voters will decide the Washburn County Circuit Court race during Wisconsin’s nonpartisan spring election on April 7, 2026.
