SNOW TONIGHT AND FRIDAY: Snow is on the way to the Northland.
This system will spread snow through the Northland late this afternoon and evening Thursday, continue overnight tonight before coming to and end by mid day Friday. Widespread snowfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches is expected, with higher amounts along the North Shore.
Plan on a slow commute Friday morning with lingering snow and snow-covered roads. Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for much of the area.
