At 12:00 on Saturday March 4, 2017, Lakeland Family Resource Center is challenging the community to take the plunge into Shell Lake during the 4th Annual “Chilly Challenge Winter Plunge.”
The fundraising event will be held out of Shell lake Community Center. Participants who raise a minimum pledge of $50 can register the day of the event or they can pre-register by going to www.lakelandfamrc.com and clicking on the chilly challenge tab. Prizes will be given to the individual who raises the most money in pledges as well as the individual with the best costume, so start getting creative. Come as a team or an individual! There will also be a Restaurant Chili Cook-off and Silent Auction.
All proceeds will support your local Lakeland Family Resource Center!
Lakeland Family Resource Center is a non-profit organization serving Washburn County and is located in Spooner, WI.
