Burnett County Circuit Court has issued active arrest warrants for three individuals after a theft investigation uncovered methamphetamine and assorted paraphernalia in a Burnett County residence.
James Bibeau, Kathryn St. Aubin, Darrell Higgins, and Lisa Tijerina have all been charged in Burnett County Circuit Court with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and other charges. Bibeau, St. Aubin and Higgins all have active arrest warrants in Burnett County Circuit Court.
According to the criminal complaints on February 22, 2017, a Siren Police Officer went to the Siren, WI Holiday South convenience store to investigate a theft complaint. The surveillance cameras at the Holiday South had captured two individuals committing thefts inside the store. These two people were identified as James Bibeau and Kathryn St. Aubin. After the two stole multiple flashlights, they purchased ice cream and then left the Holiday South store.
Police subsequently conducted a search of the residence of Bibeau and St. Aubin on State Road 70 in Burnett County. Darrell Higgins and Lisa Tijerina also live at the same residence.
During the search police located a modified bong, a glass pipe, multiple cut down straws, a spoon and multiple gem packs; all containing white residue. The officers conducted tests on the white residue, with positive results for methamphetamine. The criminal complaints continue stating that the officers also located marijuana cigarettes and a bag of marijuana seeds; tests on those items were positive for the presence of Tetrahydrocannabinols (THC). In the bedrooms in the residence, officers also located multiple hypodermic needles; some were used and some were still unused.
An arrest warrant was issued for James H. Bibeau
James Bibeau is charged with:
- Possession of Methamphetamine, Class I Felony
- Possession of THC, a misdemeanor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor
- Retail Theft – Intentionally Take Items Without the Consent of the Merchant, a misdemeanor
An arrest warrant was issued for Kathryn St. Aubin
Kathryn St. Aubin is charged with:
- Possession of Methamphetamine, Class I Felony
- Possession of THC, a misdemeanor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor
- Retail Theft – Intentionally Take Items Without the Consent of the Merchant, a misdemeanor
Public record shows that Kathryn St. Aubin also has an active arrest warrant in Washburn County Circuit Court, issued on March 6, 2017, for charges of Misdemeanor Retail Theft.
An arrest warrant was issued for Darrell Higgins for a previous court case charging him with Misdemeanor Operating without a Valid Driver's License
Darrell Higgins has been charged with:
- Possession of Methamphetamine, Class I Felony
- Possession of THC, a misdemeanor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor
Lisa Tijerina does not have any active arrest warrants at this time
Lisa Tijerina has been charged with:
- Felony Bail Jump, a Class H Felony (2 counts)
- Possession of Methamphetamine, Class I Felony
- Possession of THC, a misdemeanor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor
Lisa Tijerina also has two other open court cases in Burnett County, with charges against her for Possession of Methamphetamine (filed on February 13, 2017) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (filed on November 15, 2016).
