ASHLAND COUNTY -- A 44-year-old Ashland County man has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol for operating under the unfluence, 6th offense, according to a press release from the State Patrol.
(Press Release) -- Anthony C Barker, 44 years of age, from Odanah has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.
Anthony Barker was stopped for speeding by a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper on US 2 near Ashland.
During the contact it was determined that Mr. Barker was under the influence of intoxicants.
He was arrested for 6th offense OWI. He was taken for a blood draw and then booked into the Ashland County Jail.
Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
