A suspect is in custody after a mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso, TX on Saturday, August 3, 2019, according to multiple media reports.
Surveillance footage from the Walmart captured a man carrying an AK-47 assault rifle walking in through the front entrance of the store.

At least 20 people were reportedly killed during the shooting and multiple people sustained injuries. Among those injured was a 4-month-old baby.
The suspect in custody has been identified as Patrick Crusius, a 21-year-old man from Dallas. Crucius allegedly wrote a ‘manifesto’, citing a ‘Hispanic invasion of Texas' as a possible motive behind the shooting.
Authorities state that the suspect surrendered his firearm and was taken into custody without incident.
