RUSK COUNTY — A 27-year-old Isanti, MN man was arrested for Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle and Cause Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle after authorities responded to a multiple ATV crash which, upon arrival, a 28-year-old man from Oak Grove, MN was pronounced dead, according to a press release from the Rusk County Sheriff's Office.
(Press Release) — On Saturday, September 14, 2019, at 1:42PM the Rusk County Sheriff’s office responded to an ATV crash with multiple injuries and multiple ATV’s near N6300 CTH B in the Town of Richland, County of Rusk.
Upon arrival, Alan Hanson 28yrs old from Oak Grove, MN was pronounced deceased at the scene. Jordan Walls 28yrs old from St. Francis, MN was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
After investigation, Brennon Plaisted 27yrs old from Isanti, MN was arrested for Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle and Cause Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle.

The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin Dept of Natural Resources are still actively investigating this crash.
