Bethany Clemenson Joins The Spooner Health Team As Education Director

SPOONER, WI -- At the end of 2023, long-time Spooner Health Education Director, Cindy Paulson retired after 47 years as a Registered Nurse, 11 of those years as the Education Director. Prior to Cindy’s retirement, Spooner Health hired Bethany Clemenson to continue the excellent work of the Education Department. Bethany is a Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Arizona.

With over 20 years of experience, Bethany has worked in Pain Management, Emergency Department, and Internal Medicine with a decade spent in Senior Living. In her previous role as Operations Director, she also served as the Corporate Culture Trainer. Bethany shared that her favorite role of any she has had is teaching, training, and mentoring. Not only is Bethany an established RN and educator, but she is also a personal coach and motivational speaker.
