Blackened Sword Fish with Mango Salsa on special at The Roost this Wednesday and Thursday from 4p until 8p. Also available pan-seared, we landed a great deal on Swordfish that we will pair with chef's veg and an herbed polenta. Includes choice of soup or salad for only 17.99. This was a small buy on the swordfish so if you want to make sure you get in on it, I would recommend reserving yours.

  • Caramelized Apple, Cream Cheese Croissant: Brown Sugar Caramelized Apple and Cream Cheese in a Croissant served with smoked and seared Pork Belly
