SPOONER, WI — Brayden Myer, a Republican candidate for Wisconsin Secretary of State, will be the featured guest on DrydenWire Live on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 8:30a CST.
Myer will join DrydenWire founder Ben Dryden for a live, conversation-style discussion streamed on DrydenWire’s Facebook page. Unlike traditional interviews, DrydenWire Live focuses on providing viewers with an opportunity to get to know both the candidate and their policy perspectives in a more relaxed, in-depth format. Myer, a lifelong Wisconsin resident and small business owner, previously announced his candidacy, highlighting what he describes as a need for “a new generation of leadership with a fresh perspective.” He has emphasized goals of increasing transparency, improving efficiency within the Secretary of State’s office, and restoring public trust.
During his campaign announcement, Myer also expressed interest in reforming the role to include oversight of elections, stating that voters should have a clear line of accountability.
Myer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where he earned a degree in Political Science along with multiple minors and a certificate in Organizational Development, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His background includes experience as a congressional staffer and involvement in several grassroots and political organizations in Manitowoc County.
