SPOONER, WI — This week’s episode of Positive Tuesday W/ Ben & Fitzy will feature a special guest host, Brian Cole, stepping in for Barron County Sheriff Chris “Fitzy” Fitzgerald. Sheriff Fitzgerald announced last week that he would be unavailable for the show.
Brian Cole’s powerful story of transformation is an inspiring tale of redemption. After spending 33 years immersed in Satan worship and battling drug addiction—resulting in 27 years of incarceration for crimes ranging from petty theft to first-degree aggravated assault—Brian turned his life around. In 2009, he was arrested for the final time and became involved in a faith-based addiction program while in jail. That experience marked the beginning of his journey to freedom, as he embraced faith and left his past behind.
Since his release in 2010, Brian has dedicated his life to sharing his testimony of hope and change. He has spoken at schools, churches, and events across the country, inspiring others with his story. Brian has served as a pastor for over a decade and is currently the Senior Pastor at The Oaks Church in Drummond, WI. He is also an active volunteer with Prison Fellowship and a member of the Faith Riders Motorcycle Ministry.
