BURNETT COUNTY — A Webster, Wisconsin, man is facing multiple criminal charges in Burnett County Circuit Court following a St. Croix Tribal Police Department investigation into allegations that he sent inappropriate images to juveniles through a social media platform.
The case stems from a June 2026 investigation, with prosecutors alleging the images were obtained and shared without the consent of the individuals depicted. Zachary Howard (34) is scheduled to make his initial court appearance in August 2026.
