BURNETT COUNTY — Burnett Medical Center (BMC) Foundation will host its 16th annual valentine brunch fundraiser on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Zhashagiins Event Center in Siren, Wisconsin, bringing community members together to support local healthcare needs.
The event will begin with a social hour and silent auction at 12:00 p.m., followed by brunch at 1:00 p.m. A cash bar will be available.
Proceeds from this year’s Valentine Brunch will support the purchase of new Stryker wheelchairs for anyone entering Burnett Medical Center. These wheelchairs are designed to enhance patient and visitor safety, reduce the risk of falls and infection, and improve overall accessibility with features such as flip-up footrests, one-touch central brakes, and integrated equipment supports.
“The Valentine Brunch is one of our most meaningful fundraising events because it directly benefits patients and visitors right here in our community,” said Jim Olson, BMC Foundation President. “The funds raised this year will help us provide safer, more comfortable mobility for those who rely on our services.”
Community members and local businesses are encouraged to participate by attending the event, sponsoring a table, or donating items for the silent auction. Sponsors and donors will be recognized at the event and through social media.
Tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, January 20, 2026. To purchase tickets, become a table sponsor, or donate, please call Halle Pardun at 715-463-7285.
