BURNETT COUNTY — A Webster, WI, woman is facing two felony charges in Burnett County Circuit Court stemming from a May 2026 incident in which Randi Bearheart (34) was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated with three minor children in the vehicle.
A criminal complaint filed against her states that lab tests showed Bearheart’s blood alcohol was over three times the legal limit.
