SPOONER, Wis. -- Bill Lee, Pastor at Trego Community Church and resident of Spooner, Wisconsin, recently caught on video a bear lurking about at his home.
Bill, who lives near Economart, said that he gets bears that come through his yard every May to try to get the food from his bird feeder. This year, he took the bird feeder down for a few weeks in May to prevent that, but as soon as he put it back up in early June, another bear stopped by.
Bill says that his bird feeder is 7 feet off the ground and is "squirrel proof, but apparently not bear proof".
Bill said that this bear isn't nearly as big as the bear that came through last year, but enjoys his game camera set up so he can see what walks through his yard.
