BURNETT COUNTY — A Burnett County man with four prior drunk driving convictions is facing new felony OWI charges after he was stopped for a traffic violation while allegedly intoxicated with three children riding in his vehicle.
The incident also triggered a felony bail jumping charge for Sean Schaaf (52) of Danbury, WI, because he was on felony bond in a separate Burnett County case that also charges him with allegedly operating with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with children in the car.
