POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Polk County criminal case that was filed following an investigation by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection into Lightning Restoration, LLC of St. Paul, MN, and its owner, Graham Deiman, had concluded with the Court accepting a settlement agreement.
The charges filed against Deiman, 39, of Lakeville, MN, alleged that he entered into contracts with two Polk County homeowners and accepted nearly $30,000, but never completed the work.
