RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – A convicted sex offender is facing new sexual assault charges in Rusk County Circuit Court. Andrew J. Conklin, age 30, was previously convicted in Rusk County in 2021 of Misdemeanor 4th Degree Sexual Assault, amended from Felony Child Enticement.
The new case filed against him charges Andrew with Sexual Assault/Use of Force following an investigation by Rusk County authorities.
