POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A Polk County sexual assault case that began in 2022 with allegations of violent conduct and felony charges against Matthew Swank, age 50, of Amery, Wisconsin, has ended without a trial, after a judge accepted a negotiated resolution that dismissed the criminal charges.
