RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has found probable cause to proceed with charges of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16 filed in Rusk County Circuit Court against Dylan Howard (also known as Dylan Tidwell), age 28, of Bruce, WI. The charges were filed following an investigation by the Rusk County authorities.
Dylan is subject to a $2,500 cash bond and is scheduled to appear again in court on October 28, 2025.
