POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – A Polk County criminal case that charged Colt Hornsby, age 30, with possession of child pornography has been dismissed.
The charges were filed against Hornsby in 2023 following an investigation by agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, the Child Protection Division of the Center for Combating Cyber-Crimes, and the St. Croix Falls Police Department.
