(UPDATE) Editor’s Note: Online circuit court records show that Michael Johnson’s charges of Class F Felony 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety - Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Class G Felony Endanger Safety/Reckless Use of Firearm, Class I Felony Criminal Damage to Highway/Vehicle - Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Misdemeanor Endanger Safety/Use/Dangerous Weapon, Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct - Use of a Dangerous Weapon, and 2 counts of Misdemeanor Criminal Damage to Property were dismissed upon the findings of Hon. Melissia Mogen. Details on the findings were not specified in online court records, however, online court records show that upon dismissal of the charges, Johnson was released to his family.
