BARRON COUNTY, WI -- The Court has sentenced Noah Browning, 42, of Cumberland, WI, on convictions of possession of child sexual assault materials in Barron County Circuit Court. A CyberTip that was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) led authorities to Browning as the suspect.
