RUSK COUNTY — The Court has sentenced one of three people who were charged in relation to a lengthy drug investigation in Rusk County. Kyle Eldridge (24), formerly of Ladysmith, WI; Alyssa Kondelik (34), of Bruce, WI; and Jeffrey Murphy each received criminal charges.
Online circuit court records indicate that the charges against Jeffrey Murphy were dismissed in October 2025 after the Court was notified that Mr. Murphy was deceased.
Criminal charges against Kyle Edridge are proceeding in Rusk County Circuit Court. Alyssa Kondelik, who was facing criminal charges in multiple Rusk County court cases, was sentenced during a June 30, 2026, court hearing.
