BURNETT COUNTY — Burnett County Circuit Court has sentenced the third individual connected to the burglary of Tim’s Black and Orange Bar.
Felony charges were filed against three people: Adam Evans, age 37, formerly of Luck, WI; Charles Evans, age 20, of Webster, WI; and Chantell Bentley, age 33, formerly of Webster, WI, following law enforcement’s investigation. Damages and losses for Tim’s Black and Orange Bar were estimated to be over $6,000. A stolen vehicle was also retrieved during the investigation.
Chantell Bentley was sentenced in July 2024, and Charles Evans in January 2026.
Adam Evans appeared on June 2, 2026, and was sentenced on convictions from the charges filed against him.
