BARRON COUNTY -- The Barron County Highway Department announces that culvert work is scheduled to begin on CTH D on Monday, August 12, 2019. The project is anticipated to last three days.
Work will consist of two culvert replacements on CTH D between CTH F and 8th Street in the Town of Arland. This project will result in a complete, impassible roadway and will have a marked detour that utilizes CTH F, 10th Avenue, and 8th Street.
As a reminder, when you encounter work zones, please pay attention as conditions may change. You are also reminded that the use of hand-held devices, such as cell phones, in a work zone is against the law. Please help protect yourself and all construction personnel by putting down the phone and paying attention to the road.
