The Cumberland Police Department (CPD) is asking for the public's help in identifying this individual so they can return items that belong to him.
"Need some help to ID this subject from Kwik Trip", stated Cumberland Police Department on their Facebook page earlier today. "He lost some property and we would like to return it to him". The post does not specify what the lost property is other than to say "Only the person that lost the item can ID what it is, so it can be returned to him."
The CPD admits it's "not the greatest picture" but it is all that they had available.
The CPD also states that the individual in the picture drives a gray Mercury Mountaineer.
