Cumberland Police Seek Public's Help in Identifying Subject

The Cumberland Police Department (CPD) is asking for the public's help in identifying the male subject in these pictures.
The CPD says that the subject was at the Dollar General in a white older Dodge truck that is rusty and has a ratchet strap holding the hood down.
Admittedly, the CPD acknowledges the pictures are not the best but is all they have to go on.
