(DrydenWire) -- The Court has sentenced former Polk County District Attorney, Daniel Steffen, on convictions of recording sexual activities without the permission of the victims. Steffen was convicted by a Jury in April 2023 of all charges filed against him in the case. Steffen was District Attorney for Polk County for several years before losing an election in 2016, after which he became a part-time Assistant District Attorney for the counties of Washburn and Burnett.
