BURNETT COUNTY — Following termination of a deferred sentencing agreement on a felony charge, a woman has been sentenced in Burnett County Court to serve time in prison. Anna Ganley (37) received criminal charges in December 2023 along with Dylan Holtzkamp (29) following an investigation by Burnett County law enforcement into a suspicious trailer sale.
Ganley later received a deferred agreement in a plea on her criminal case. Holtzkamp was sentenced separately on convictions from his charges.
Subsequently, Ganley received new felony charges along with Danial Hess (38) in a Polk County interstate burglary investigation. Hess has since been sentenced on his convictions, while Ganley’s case is scheduled for a 3-day jury trial in October 2026.
Ganley appeared for a sentencing hearing in Burnett County on June 8, 2026.
