'Water Main Issue' Closes Section Of HWY 70 Near Spooner
SPOONER, WI — A water main issue near the Spooner Weslyan Church has closed a section of HWY 70 West of Spooner, WI, according to a press release from the Washburn County Highway Commissioner.
(Press Release) — Highway 70 Detour — The Washburn County Highway Department is assisting the City of Spooner with a water main issue on Highway 70. There has been a detour placed until approximately 11/20/2019 for this roadway section.
The location is approximately 1/2 mile west of USH 63 on Highway 70. Traffic is routed to County Highway O, County Highway B and USH 63, please watch for detour signage during this timeframe and plan alternative routes.
