Drug Investigation Reveals Meth, Fentanyl In Cumberland Home

BARRON COUNTY — A Cumberland woman was arrested after a months-long drug investigation led officers to seize methamphetamine, fentanyl, and other illegal substances from a residence, according to the Cumberland Police Department.

RECENT DRUG RELATED ARREST

Throughout 2025 and into 2026, Officers with the Cumberland Police Department conducted a drug investigation into Courtney Bleifus and her residence. On January 21, 2026, Officers executed a search warrant at her residence with the assistance of the Barron/Rusk Emergency Response Team.

During the search, officers located methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, THC vape cartridges, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia. Courtney Bleifus was arrested for:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine
  • Possession of THC – 2nd Offense
  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Possession of Schedule I or II Narcotic (Fentanyl)
  • Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child
  • Neglecting a Child

Courtney Bleifus was transported to the Barron County Jail and has been formally charged.
