BURNETT COUNTY — A Siren, WI man already facing drug-related charges in Polk County Circuit Court is now charged in Burnett County following an undercover investigation that allegedly uncovered multiple THC sales from a local bar and led to the discovery of a large marijuana-growing operation at a Siren Township residence.
According to a criminal complaint, Nicholas Contreras, 32, of Siren, is facing felony drug delivery and bail jumping charges after investigators conducted controlled purchases of THC wax from him in June 2026, with transactions reportedly occurring while Contreras was working at the Pour House Bar in Siren. The investigation later expanded to a Siren Township property where law enforcement executed a search warrant and allegedly seized over 50 marijuana plants, more than 2.5 pounds of THC, additional processed marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and multiple firearms.
The search also resulted in felony charges against Matthew Olson Sr., 51, who is accused of operating the marijuana grow, and Matthew Olson Jr., 30, who is charged with misdemeanor possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. All three men have made initial appearances in Burnett County Circuit Court and have future court hearings scheduled.
