Authorities in Duluth are asking for the public's help in locating 15-year-old runaway D'Zhae Tomaz Goodwin, according to a news release from the Duluth Police Department.
(News Release) -- The Duluth Police department is seeking the public’s help in locating a runaway named D’zhae Tomaz Goodwin. D’Zhae is a 15 year old Native American male who is 5’5, 130 lbs. with Hazel eyes, with a scar on his left eyebrow.
He has pierced ears with diamond studs.
Unknown what he was wearing, however he usually wears hoodies, sweat pants and Nike shoes.
