SIREN, Wis. (DrydenWire) -- Three people have been arrested following the execution of a search warrant in Siren, WI.

According to the Siren Police Department, on Thursday, December 29, 2022, the Siren Police Department executed a search warrant on a residence within the village limits, resulting in the confiscation of illegal substances, arrests, and citations.

Based upon investigative findings, a search warrant was obtained for a residence at 23967 1st Avenue in the Village of Siren. Several items of contraband were confiscated from the residence, including oxycodone hydrochloride pills, leafy green plant material that tested positive for the presence of THC, and pills that tested positive for the presence of fentanyl.

Darrell Borden, 52, of Siren, was arrested for Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Fentanyl, Possession of Controlled Substances Within 1000 feet of certain places, and intentional child neglect.

Twighla J. Jack, 47, of Siren, was arrested for Felony Bail Jumping, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of THC, Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Fentanyl, Possession of Controlled Substances Within 1000 feet of certain places, and intentional child neglect.

Christopher L. Jack, 57, of Lac du Flambeau, was cited for Possession of THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Siren Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office, Webster Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and North Memorial Ambulance Service.

Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
